A treasure from the past

I habe just returned from a wonderful couple of days surrounded by my lovely family in Vienna. My cousin handed me a very precious book. It's his grandma's handwritten cookery book. She started compiling the book around 1930 in Bohemia and there are wonderful recipes that I will certainly try and replicate. But look at the neat handwriting. I must have taken her ages! What a treasure.
