Zuckermaus Bakery is a small, family-run business that operates on a made-to-order process.

Below are some considerations when you order with us.

Dates

When you make an order, we will ask you for a Requested Delivery Date (please note we require at least 72 hours notice for your personal bakery order). Orders for Saturday and Sunday will need to be received by Wednesday 12 o'clock. The bakery will be closed on Mondays and Tuesday. We will do our best to meet your requested date, however in some circumstances will be unable to fulfill your order for that date. If you have a specific date in mind that is non-negotiable, it may be best for you to contact us directly instead.

If you do place an order that we cannot fulfill, we will be in touch with you quickly to discuss other options or a refund.

Costs

Local Delivery

All deliveries to postcodes AL1, AL3, AL4 and AL5 is completely free. We only ask that your delivery has a minimum order of £10.00

UK Delivery

Deliveries to the rest of the UK will be chargable and handled by Royal Mail. Unfortunately, there are some products that we cannot deliver via Royal Mail due to their delicacy. However, we are open for collection. Please contact us to find out more.

We do not deliver outside of the UK.
