England loves Austrian cuisine

The article in the Austrian national newspapers (Kurier) published on Sunday 7 August 2022 talks about the many Austrian food outlets that have been created in the UK during the pandemic. Zuckermaus start up was back in 2019 when we gave away boxes filled with Austrian cakes labelled 'Kingcroft Kindness' to our neighbours and friends. We now bake more that 40 cakes per week covering online orders, coffee shops, company meetings and weekly and monthly farmers markets. We love baking specially and really appreciate your feedback. One lady wrote 'your Esterhazy cake reminded me of my Grandma. I sat down and devoured the slice and was overcome with emotions thinking of her'.

For us it is all about spending precious time with friends and family. relaxing and chatting whilst enjoying 'a little slice of Austria'.
